Shipping restrictions

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding mailing your items. Please check with the carrier to understand their restrictions.

You are not allowed to sell certain things on OfferUp. Please review the Prohibited Item guidelines as well as our Posting rules and Community guidelines to understand the rules you must follow when using OfferUp.
Order fulfillment
You must provide accurate shipping and handling times for your items. You must provide a valid tracking ID to OfferUp for each transaction and orders must be received by the buyer within the delivery window (handling time + shipping time) you specify in the listing.
We recommend that you fulfill orders as soon as possible since this creates the best buyer experience. We require that you fulfill orders within 7 days to maintain good standing on the OfferUp marketplace.
Cancelled orders
Returns and cancellations are set on ChannelAdvisor. Learn more about how to manage your orders ChannelAdvisor.
An order that has been mistakenly cancelled cannot be restored by OfferUp. If you cancelled an order but still shipped item(s) to the buyer, OfferUp is not liable for payout.
