What email address should I use?
Please use an email address you feel comfortable having customers contact you for customer service-related issues. Customers may email you to ask questions about your items or to return an item. Customers can contact you via email by tapping the Contact seller button in your profile.
How do I connect my ChannelAdvisor account and what do I do after I connect my ChannelAdvisor account to OfferUp?
Once you’ve successfully connected your ChannelAdvisor account to OfferUp, you can start customizing your store settings by adding a profile picture and a store description. To do this, click on the Customize your store tab from your Pro Seller dashboard. For instructions on how to create a channel in ChannelAdvisor, click here (you will need to be logged in to ChannelAdvisor to view this article).
After you have customized your store and inventory from your feed comes to OfferUp, you'll see "ChannelAdvisor" listed as an integration on the Home page of OfferUp Pro.
You can verify the data and mapping on OfferUp by visiting the listings tab.
How can I check listings to make sure data is correctly mapped from ChannelAdvisor?
To ensure your products have been mapped from ChannelAdvisor to OfferUp correctly, use the Listings tab to look up SKUs you've imported and verify accuracy. If you notice an entry isn’t mapped correctly, we recommend troubleshooting with ChannelAdvisor to see where the error is coming from.

Do you support variations with child-parent SKUs?
At this time, we display all child SKUs as individual listings. Note: You will notice multiple listings for variations in items. For example, if you have the same shoe in 5 sizes, 5 different listings will be shown on OfferUp. You can include details in your titles such as your product size and color.
Can different users sign in to the same account?
OfferUp does not support multi-user sign-in at this time. When creating an OfferUp Pro account, you will need to use an email address and password that is easily accessible for your company.
