The orders feature gives you, the seller, a quick glance at each order status, image, SKU, price, and more. If you’re looking for the refund status of an order, you can find it on the Order Details page when clicking on an order.
Note: OfferUp is currently unable to provide visibility into requested refunds or opened claims from buyers.

To view your orders, click in the left navigation bar.
When viewing your orders, you can click on any individual order to view the Order Details page, which includes a more detailed view of the order as well as shipping and billing information.
How to cancel, refund, and fulfill an order
You can easily manage your orders in the OfferUp Pro portal by clicking on the right side of the order. This button allows you to Fulfill, Cancel, or Refund an order. Once you’ve successfully updated an item, you’ll see this banner:
Depending on the status of your order, certain actions will be available.

If an order has been refunded or canceled, no actions will be available.
Cancel order
Select the reason for canceling the order and provide any helpful comments for the customer, such as when the item will be back in stock, then click Save. This is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
Refund order
Select the reason for refunding the order and provide any comments if necessary, then click Save. This is a permanent action and cannot be undone.
Fulfill order
Select the Carrier, Service type, and enter the Tracking number, then click Save.
Understanding order status
You’ll see the order status of your items on the left in each line item view. These statuses are only visible to you, not to buyers. To better understand each status, see the table below.
