If you choose to deactivate your OfferUp Pro account, please contact your Account Manager. Our Customer Support team will help walk you through the steps to deactivating your account.
Once you have completed these steps, you will notice a banner at the top of your Account page. It may take up to 72 hours to deactivate your account. You are accountable for fulfilling any new orders that are placed during this time. Your account will remain open to allow for open fulfillment and to settle any outstanding payments.
When your account is officially deactivating, it will have a banner like the one below on the Home page. Once you see this, your listings will no longer be available on OfferUp. You can continue to log in to your account to download reports. If you need to access any other part of your account, you will need to contact Customer Support to reactivate your account.
